MULTI-PLASTICS, INC. FINALIZES PURCHASE OF EXTRUSION FACILITIES

LEWIS CENTER, OH – January 2010 – MULTI-PLASTICS, INC. has acquired the extrusion facilities in Hazleton, PA and Avenel, NJ from Reynolds Packaging KAMA. The new facilities employ many of the same personnel under the new name of MULTI-PLASTICS EXTRUSIONS, INC.

In addition to OPS film, MULTI-PLASTICS EXTRUSIONS, INC. has emerged as one of the largest non-integrated Merchant Suppliers of OPS, PET, APET, RPET, PETG and other co-extruded sheet and film to the thermoforming and graphic arts industries.
